Integration and roadmap
Daily diagnosis, Alchemist's Journal, and your 21-day plan.
Before starting, an honest note. This workshop is educational and for personal development; it does not replace therapy, medical, or psychiatric care. Some intense breathing practices are not for everyone: if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, heart problems, high blood pressure, a history of fainting, or an active mental health diagnosis, consult your doctor first. Never do intense breathing while driving, in the water, or standing up. If you are processing deep trauma, do so with the support of a professional.
Why are you taking this workshop?
Write it in one sentence. At the end of the workshop, you will read it again.
The crisis of meaning
Before talking about techniques, we need to understand the problem they solve: many of us live tired, disconnected, and without knowing why we do what we do.
We hear every day about the “meta-crisis”: climate, collapsing systems, polarization, economic uncertainty. The Manual's premise is direct: we cannot solve the meta-crisis if we do not first solve the meaning crisis, which is the loss of our capacity to find inspiration, heal, and connect.
The workshop question
The answer proposed by the School of Metahumans (popularized by Jero K) is to treat personal development as alchemy: you take your raw material—what you live, what hurts you, what you dream of—and process it with concrete tools until you turn it into something more valuable.
The raw material
Your raw experience: stress, fatigue, wounds, boredom, desires.
The process
Tools + recipes applied with intention and consistency.
The result
Living wisdom: more calm, more focus, better bonds.
The goal: anamnesis
Anamnesis is a Greek word that means “to remember”. Here it is used in a very specific sense: it is not about becoming someone else, but about remembering what you already are beneath the noise.
The Manual puts it this way: you are not a thing, you are a pattern; a wave that the universe makes in this moment to look at itself.
And it finishes with the phrase that gives meaning to the entire workshop: you are the coal, and the pressure will turn you into a diamond. Pressure is not the enemy; poorly managed it breaks you, well managed it transforms you.
How are you doing today in the three areas this workshop covers?
Move each bar honestly. 1 = very low, 10 = excellent.
Meaning 3.0: meaning for everyone
Throughout history, we have sought meaning in different ways. None have been perfect. This workshop is located on a third path.
Enlightenment is not a gift, it is a recipe
The most provocative point of the Manual: the states that were historically considered “mystical”—deep peace, unity, total clarity—have a biological basis. Your body comes with the switches factory-installed. Breathing, movement, music, touch, and community are ways to activate them.
The source material mentions clinical studies in which many participants reported “complete mystical” experiences and maintains that certain 15-minute breathing practices can produce comparable reports. Take it for what it is: an invitation to experiment with your own body and measure, not as a guaranteed promise.
Hedonic engineering
It is the name of the approach: designing your internal states (calm, energy, connection) with intention instead of leaving them to chance. “Hedonic” comes from pleasure, but here it does not mean seeking to feel good at all costs, but rather using good states as a tool for growth. That is why it has an oath.
The Hedonic Engineer's Oath
Ecstasy without craving
Seeking elevated states without becoming addicted to them or chasing the next “high”.
Catharsis without cringe
Healing and letting go without drama, without spectacle, and without shame.
Community without cult
Belonging and growing with others without untouchable leaders or dogmas.
This oath is your safety filter for everything that follows. If a practice makes you anxious to repeat it, exposes you carelessly, or asks for blind obedience, it is not alchemy, it is a trap.
Which of the three parts of the oath is hardest for you?

From high magic to consciousness technology
What we call “biohacking” or “personal development” today has strange ancestors. Knowing them helps you keep what is useful and leave behind what doesn't serve you.
The Timeline
Eliphas Lévi (1810–1875) · High Magic
French former priest who turned ceremonial magic into a system of symbols, will, and imagination. For him, the magician was someone who trained their attention and will until it influenced their reality.
Aleister Crowley (1875–1947) · Will as the Center
British occultist, controversial and provocative; the press of his time called him "the wickedest man in the world." His core idea: discover your true will and live in accordance with it. Lots of noise surrounding it, but that idea survived.
Timothy Leary (1920–1996) · The Countercultural Paradigm
Harvard psychologist who in the 60s brought the study of states of consciousness to chemistry and neurobiology. He opened questions that science picked up decades later, albeit with excesses that also teach.
Today · The Metahuman Alchemist
The synthesis: “ritual magic” translated into physiology, breathing, neuroscience, and community. Same goal (to transform you), different language (measurable, practical, without dogma).
What do we rescue and what do we leave behind?
- Trainable willpower: attention and intention can be exercised like a muscle.
- Ritual as structure: repeating a sequence with intention tells your nervous system “now it's time for this”.
- The symbol as an anchor: an image, a word, or a gesture can bring you back to a state.
- Curiosity about the unknown: asking yourself how your mind works instead of taking everything for granted.
- The cult of personality: no teacher, no matter how brilliant, is above your own judgment.
- Secrecy and superiority: “only the initiated understand” is a red flag.
- Careless excesses: experimenting without containment or safety has harmed many people.
- Blind faith: the proof of this "modern magic" is in your biology and in your daily life, not in believing.
You do not need to believe in magic to take advantage of this story. Read it as the story of people who tried to understand and train consciousness with the tools of their era. Today we have better tools (physiology, psychology, neuroscience), but the question is the same: how do I stop living on autopilot?
It is the tool that the Manual calls Exploration of Mysteries: curiosity and wonder, with your feet on the ground.
Who has taught you to live better?
It can be an author, a grandfather, a coach, a teacher. Write down three and what you learned from each one.
Stories, forbidden comics, and pop culture
The exploration of consciousness did not stay in rare books: it made its way into comics, music, and cinema. And it has curious connections.
The forbidden comic and Timothy Leary
Leary became such an uncomfortable symbol that President Richard Nixon called him “the most dangerous man in America” (the source material cites it as “in the world”). His story was also told in underground counterculture publications and comics.
Unexpected connections
George DiCaprio, Leonardo DiCaprio's father, was an artist, editor, and distributor of underground comics in the 70s, the same countercultural environment where Leary moved. The Manual uses these connections to show how much of pop culture comes from those pursuits.
Why does this matter for your practice?
Because it teaches you to distinguish between the tool and the spectacle. Many useful practices (breathing, meditation, music, group work) reached us wrapped in scandal, mystery, or fashion. The intelligent alchemist removes the wrapping and keeps the mechanism.
Critical thinking activated: in this workshop you will not find instructions for using illegal substances. We talk about their history because it is part of the lineage, but everything you will practice here works with your body, your attention, and your people.
Think of a wellness practice that is trendy (e.g., ice baths, retreats, “manifesting”).
Check what you learned
5 questions about lineage: from high magic to consciousness technology.
The switches are within you
So-called "sacred technologies" are, in reality, applied neurobiology. These are the four shortcuts you already have installed.
Nose · Breathing and smell
The way you breathe changes your blood chemistry and sends direct signals to the brain. Smell is the only sense that reaches emotional areas with almost no filter.
Try it: 3 slow breaths through the nose, exhaling longer than you inhale.
Skin · Touch and somatic system
The body holds tension. Safe touch, movement, and gentle pressure tell your system that it is safe.
Try it: place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen for 30 seconds.
Ears · Acoustics and frequencies
Rhythm and tone influence your brain waves and your mood. That is why a song can change your day.
Try it: hum a low tone with your mouth closed 5 times. Notice the vibration.
Vagus nerve · The master cable
It connects the brain, heart, lungs, and gut. It is the natural brake for your alarm system. Slow breathing, humming, and feeling accompanied activate it.
Try it: exhale as if you were blowing out a candle, slowly, 6 times.
The accelerator and the brake
Practice: prolonged exhalation (4–8)
Inhale for 4 counts through the nose, exhale for 8 counts through the mouth as if blowing through a straw. Do at least 6 cycles. It is the simplest brake practice and the foundation of several recipes.
Brake breathing 4–8
Sit comfortably, shoulders loose. Follow the circle: expand on the inhale, shrink on the exhale.
Do the 6 cycles of 4–8 and compare.
This is what the Manual calls registering parameters: the proof is in your biology, not in faith.
From human state to metahuman state
“Metahuman” is not a superhero. It is a person who stopped reacting on autopilot and started operating their nervous system with intention.
The complete ecosystem
The Manual proposes that real change occurs at the intersection of three dimensions:
- Physiology (the organic machine): breathing, body, energy.
- Psychology (the mental architecture): thoughts, emotions, habits.
- Mystery and wisdom: meaning, wonder, that which is not fully explained.
“The modern alchemist does not flee from the material world nor get lost in spiritual abstraction. They govern the exact intersection of both forces.”
This connects directly with CMA+F: Body (physiology), Mind (psychology) and Soul (meaning). When all three work together, even your Finance change, because you decide from calmness and not from fear.
Where are you today on the matrix?
1 = totally “automatic human”, 10 = totally “sovereign metahuman”.
Check what you learned
5 questions about your factory switches and the transmutation matrix.
The 6 pressure tools
If you are coal, these are the six ways to apply pressure with intelligence. The Manual calls them “psychotechnologies”: technologies to move your psyche through the body.
Tap each tool to see what it is, how it works, and how to start today with the minimal version.
1 · Conscious breathing — the alchemical engine
Willfully changing the rhythm, depth, and pauses of your breath. It is the only automatic bodily function that you can also control, which is why it is the gateway to everything else.
How it works: alters vagal nerve tone, heart rate variability, and the balance between accelerator and brake.
Minimal version: 1 minute of box breathing (4-4-4-4) before a meeting or a difficult conversation.
2 · Movement and somatics — the vessel
The body keeps what the mind did not process: tension in the jaw, shoulders, diaphragm. Conscious movement (shaking, stretching, dancing, trembling) releases that burden from the tissues.
How it works: discharges the “fight or flight” energy that got stuck and improves vagal tone.
Minimal version: 2 minutes of shaking hands, arms, and legs like a dog coming out of the water. Seriously, it works.
3 · Music and acoustics — the tuner
Sound enters the nervous system directly. Repetitive rhythms, bass tones, and your own voice can lead you to states of deep calm (alpha and theta waves) or high energy.
How it works: the brain tends to synchronize with external rhythms (entrainment or entrainment), and vocalizing makes areas connected to the vagus nerve vibrate.
Minimal version: a 3-song playlist to focus and another 3-song one to wind down. Use them the same way every time so they become an anchor.
4 · Sacred sexuality — vital energy and conscious intimacy
The Manual includes it because vital energy and intimacy are among the most powerful forces in human beings. Here it is understood as presence, breathing, and connection, not as performance.
How it works: Intimacy with presence releases oxytocin, lowers stress, and deepens the bond. The focus is on shared breathing, slowness, and mindfulness.
Minimal version: As a couple, 5 minutes of breathing together, face to face, without speaking and without rushing. Always with explicit agreement from both. If you do not have a partner, the individual version is to inhabit your body with appreciation, without judgment.
5 · Phytotherapy and facilitators — with feet on the ground
The Manual mentions plants, adaptogens, and compounds that can facilitate neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to change). It is the tool that demands the most responsibility.
CMA+F Posture: this workshop does not provide instructions or dosages for controlled substances; in Mexico, their use outside of authorized contexts is illegal and carries real psychological risks. Consult your doctor before taking any supplement or adaptogen, especially if you are on medication.
Minimal and safe version: the most underrated “facilitators” are sleeping well, staying hydrated, eating real food, and using a ritual beverage (tea, cacao, an infusion) as a signal to start your practice. The ritual matters more than the molecule.
6 · Community (Comunitas) — co-regulation
No nervous system is entirely self-regulating. Being with safe people calms, breathing or moving in sync unites, and belonging dissolves isolation.
How it works: your body “reads” the state of the bodies around you and adjusts (co-regulation).
Minimal version: one conversation a week where you say something true, without a mask, to someone you trust.
Laboratory note: no tool operates alone. Mastery lies in combining them. That is what recipes are.
Choose ONE tool to master for these 7 days.
The Manual is clear: do not try to cover everything at once.
Software, hardware, and the transmutation circle
The six psychotechnologies are what you do. But there are also internal capabilities that you develop and an environment that you design. Here you see the three maps together.
🌬️ Conscious breathing
It alters blood chemistry and vagus nerve tone. It is the main switch, “at the hardware level,” to turn off primitive reactivity.
🎯 Focus and willpower
The conscious direction of your mental energy. It replaces noise with a single intention and cuts through mental fog.
Transmutation efficacy: high. Response time: less than 90 seconds.
Core · Somatic domain
The body as an antenna and anchor. Posture, tension, and release are the direct language with your subconscious.
Ring I · Environment engineering
Modify your space with intention: light, sound, order, isolation. A good environment facilitates flow states.
Ring II · Occult Wisdom
The knowledge of ancient and modern traditions applied as a “map of the territory” to rewrite the rules of the game.
01 · Breath
The alchemical engine.
02 · Focus and will
The directional laser.
03 · Occult wisdom
The map of the territory.
04 · Somatics / body
The vessel.
05 · Environment
The external laboratory.
06 · Intention
The magical catalyst.
The written Manual describes six capabilities that are trained through practice. They are the deep “software” behind the recipes:
The environment is a tool. Define yours.

The alchemical formula and the 4 rules
Every workshop recipe follows the same structure. Once you understand it, you can adapt any recipe to your life… or create your own.
Why does intention multiply instead of add? Because the same breath, done on autopilot, is just air. Done with a clear "what for", it becomes training. If the intention is zero, the result tends to zero.
The 4 alchemical rules
1 · Anamnesis
Recognize and reverse amnesia. Before changing anything, realize that you were doing it automatically. Remembering who you are is the first step.
2 · Reverse engineering
Start from the state you want (calm, focus, connection) and break it down: what breathing, posture, music, and environment produce it? Then reproduce it at will.
3 · Calibration
Adjust the tools to fit you: intensity, duration, time of day. What works for someone else in 20 minutes might take you 5. Measure and adjust.
4 · Power
Reclaim your personal and mental power. You are the sovereign engineer of your nervous system: you do not depend on a guru, a place, or a substance.
The three pillars of the recipe book
Another way to classify them: the grimoire
Clarity
Remove mental fog and focus attention.
Power
Immediate physical energy and focused drive.
Shield
Mental protection and resilience in chaotic environments.
Transcendence
Deep states of consciousness and less ego.
Use the recipe anatomy with something real from this week.
Featured recipe #01: The Absolute Clarity Filter
Your first complete recipe, with a timer. Use it when you have too much information, noise, or pending tasks, and you need a single direction.
The Absolute Clarity Filter
Family: 💎 Clarity · Duration: 15 minutes
- Isolation (10 min): eliminate all visual and auditory stimuli. Phone in another room, door closed, eyes closed or gaze on the floor.
- Somatic cadence: box breathing 4-4-4-4 (inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4). This activates the vagus nerve and induces calm.
- Fixation: direct all your attention to a single point: the task, the decision, or the question. Every time your mind wanders, bring it back without scolding yourself, until the internal noise is silenced.
Guided box breathing
10 cycles ≈ 2 minutes 40 seconds. If you feel dizzy, shorten to 3-3-3-3.
Make the complete recipe and take notes.

Catharsis: the art of release
The pillar of the past. It serves to release accumulated tension, process emotions you swallowed, and close cycles. Remember the oath: catharsis without cringe.
These practices can stir up strong emotions. Do them in a safe place, without rushing, and with 10 minutes afterward to integrate. If something overwhelms you, stop, open your eyes, name 5 things you see, and breathe 4–8. If you carry significant trauma, work through these recipes with professional support.
Somatic decompression
Natural body shaking to release deep tension in muscles and fascia.
- Scan your body for 2–3 minutes and identify where the tension is (diaphragm, throat, shoulders, stomach).
- Gently fatigue your legs: wall sit for 1–2 minutes, until they start to shake slightly.
- Lie on your back, soles of your feet together and knees open. Slowly bring your knees up and let the shaking happen on its own.
- Do not control or force it: 5 to 10 minutes of natural shaking, breathing slowly.
- To finish, stretch your legs out and stay still for 2 minutes, noticing the difference.
Cathartic breathing
Connected and more intense breathing to uncover stored emotions.
- Lie down in a safe place, with instrumental music in the background.
- Breathe through your mouth continuously, without pausing between inhaling and exhaling: inhale deeply, exhale loosely. 30 breaths.
- When finished, release the air and remain without breathing comfortably until you feel the first clear urge to inhale. Do not force yourself.
- Inhale deeply, hold for 15 seconds, and release. That is one round. Do 3 rounds.
- If crying, laughter, anger, or shaking appears, allow it without judgment. Afterward, 5 minutes of normal breathing in silence.
Acoustic release
Your voice as a tool to release blockages in the throat and chest.
- Sit with your back straight and your hand on your abdomen.
- Inhale deeply and, while exhaling, emit a deep, long tone like “vooo”, feeling the vibration in your chest and belly.
- Repeat 10 times, each time a little deeper and longer.
- If you need more release: scream or speak loudly into a pillow what you didn't say.
- Close with 1 minute of humming with your mouth closed and then in silence.
Restorative contact
Safe touch rewrites the body's memory of attachment and protection.
- With someone you trust: ask for explicit permission and agree on a long hug, of at least 20 seconds, breathing slowly.
- Alone: butterfly hug: cross your arms over your chest and gently tap your shoulders alternately for 2 minutes.
- Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. Think of yourself as a child.
- Tell yourself in a low voice what you needed to hear back then ("you are safe", "it wasn't your fault", "I am here").
Grief processing
A space to integrate losses: people, phases, projects, versions of you.
- Prepare a quiet space and a hot drink (tea or infusion) as a signal for the ritual to begin.
- Write a letter you are not going to send: what you are grateful for, what hurt you, what you missed saying.
- Read it out loud. Allow the emotion.
- Choose a symbolic gesture of closure: put it in a box, burn it carefully, bury it in a pot.
- Finish by writing a sentence: "What I take away from this is...".
Which of the 5 recipes do you need most right now?
Deep catharsis formulas
The written manual brings five more detailed formulas for emotional and mental work. Use them when you already master the basic recipes.
Release of somatic blockages
Conscious breathingPersonal transmutation
Locate
Lying on your back, scan your body for 3 minutes until you find the most contracted or dense area.
Breathe into it
Inhale for 4 counts through your nose and exhale for 8 through your mouth with an audible sigh. Keep your attention solely on that point for 10 minutes.
Allow
If tension rises, gets hot, or shakes, let it be. Do not resist.
Transmute
Vocalize a continuous tone on each exhale and let the energy release as movement or sound until the muscle softens.
Processing emotional loads
Applied wisdomPersonal transmutation
Name the anchor
Name the emotion without euphemisms (resentment, guilt, jealousy, envy) and rate its intensity from 1 to 10.
Observe it
Adopt the observer's stance. Repeat: “I am the space in which this emotion appears; I am not the emotion.”
Find the distortion
What story feeds it? Look for the unmet expectation or the judgment underneath.
Transmute
Inhale the sensation, accepting it in your chest; upon exhaling, say a phrase of responsibility and learning: “I take responsibility for my part and I learn…”.
Trauma healing (self-care version)
BreathingApplied wisdomTransmutation
This formula is for annoying or painful events of moderate intensity. For severe trauma (abuse, violence, traumatic loss) seek a specialized therapist. Do not do it alone.
Containment
5 minutes of box breathing (4-4-4-4) to lower the body's alarm.
Dual attention
Bring the scene to your mind while feeling your body safe here and now. Rule of 7: if the activation goes above 7/10, let go of the image and return to feeling the air entering through your nose.
Reframing
Observe your “past self” from your “present self.” Give them what they didn't have: information, protection, company.
Closing
Exhale the feeling of helplessness and affirm: “I survived. Today I have resources.” Integrate the event as a completed chapter.
Disintegration of shadows + Featured recipe #08: Shadow transmutation
Exploration of mysteriesPersonal transmutation
The “shadow” is the parts of you that you reject and usually see in others. What bothers you in an exaggerated way in someone else usually points to something of your own that is repressed.
Inquire
Ask yourself: “What trait in others causes a visceral, disproportionate rejection in me?”
Recognize the mirror
Accept, without punishing yourself, that this quality lives in you in a latent or repressed way.
Hold the discomfort
Sit in silence with that recognition, without justifying or condemning yourself. Speed up your breathing a little to match the intensity and take control.
Redirect
Convert that energy into its useful version: aggression → assertiveness and firm boundaries; envy → admiration and the drive to improve yourself; fear → preparation.
Mental purification
BreathingCultivation of potential
Rhythmic ventilation
3 rounds of 30 deep, continuous breaths (active inhalation, passive exhalation) followed by a breath hold after exhalation until the first urge to breathe.
Emptying
During the hold, focus your attention on the space between thoughts.
Reprogramming
Upon finishing the third round, introduce a single clear guideline for the day: “Today I focus on what is within my control.”
Consolidation
2 minutes completely still, settling into the new state.
Same precautions as cathartic breathing: always seated or lying down, never in water or while driving, and consult a doctor if you have any heart condition, epilepsy, or are pregnant.

5 questions about the Catharsis pillar.
Ecstasy: flow and inspiration
The pillar of the present. Here it is not about healing but about igniting: energy, focus, creativity, and that state where time disappears. Remember: ecstasy without craving.
First Catharsis, then Ecstasy. The Manual is clear: these recipes work best when your system is already regulated. If you are feeling overwhelmed, do a recipe from module 6 first.
Breath of fire
Brief activation of the accelerator to boost energy and focus in minutes.
- Sit with your back straight and your hands on your knees.
- Exhale through your nose in short, sharp bursts, contracting your abdomen; let the inhalation happen on its own. Rhythm: 1 to 2 per second.
- 30 breaths = 1 round. Upon finishing, inhale deeply, hold for 10 seconds, and release.
- Do 3 rounds with 30 seconds of normal breathing between each one.
- Open your eyes and immediately start the task you want to do with that energy.
Frequency entrainment
Using rhythmic sound so your brain enters the state you are looking for more quickly.
- Choose your “frequency”: binaural beats (require headphones), repetitive instrumental music, or a steady drum beat.
- Always use the same audio for the same activity: this way it becomes a conditioned cue.
- Low volume, in the background. No lyrics if you are going to read or write.
- Set a timer and don't change the song: deciding is distracting.
The evidence on binaural beats is mixed. What does work consistently is conditioning: the same sound, in the same context, over and over again. Experiment and measure.
Tantric alchemy (as a couple)
Conscious intimacy to elevate energy without depleting it: presence over performance.
- Talk beforehand: what each person wants, what they don't, and that anyone can pause at any time.
- Sit facing each other. 3 minutes looking into each other's eyes, in silence, breathing slowly.
- Synchronize your breathing: one inhales while the other exhales, like a shared cycle.
- If there is contact, let it be slow and conscious, with the focus on feeling and not on getting anywhere.
- Close by sharing one word that describes how you feel.
Creative microdose · CMA+F version
Small doses of novelty, movement, and incubation to solve complex challenges.
- Load: write the challenge in a single question and study all the information for 20 minutes.
- Ritual: prepare a beverage (coffee, tea, or cacao) as a signal of "creative mode".
- Release: walk for 20 minutes without a cell phone, preferably in a place with trees or along a new route.
- Capture: upon returning, 15 minutes of free writing without editing.
- Incubate: before sleeping, reread the question. Write down the first thing you think of upon waking up.
Dance trance
Free and continuous movement to shut down the rumination of the analytical mind.
- Choose 4–5 songs with a steady beat that build in intensity.
- Close your eyes (or lower your gaze) and start by moving just your feet and knees.
- Let the movement rise to the rest of your body. There are no right steps: follow what your body asks for.
- If your mind starts to judge ("I look ridiculous"), return to feeling your feet on the floor.
- Finish with a slow song and 2 minutes of total stillness.
Which one will you try first?

5 questions about the Ecstasy pillar and the flow state.
Communitas: tribe and meaning
The pillar of the future. No one transforms completely alone. These recipes help you build bonds that regulate, sustain, and provide purpose. Remember: community without a cult.
Communitas is a term from anthropologist Victor Turner: that intense feeling of equality and union that appears in rituals, journeys, or shared moments, when hierarchies disappear for a while. The Manual adds the idea of bioregional tribe: your close people, in your territory, with whom you build the future.
Respiratory synchronization
Mirror co-regulation: two nervous systems that calm down together.
- Sit face to face or back to back.
- One sets the pace with slow breathing (4–6); the other follows.
- After 2 minutes, switch roles.
- For the last 3 minutes, breathe together without anyone leading.
- Share in one sentence what you noticed.
Vulnerability circles
Transparent communication in a safe, non-judgmental framework.
- Agree on rules: what is said here stays here; no one gives advice unless asked; speak in the first person.
- Use an object that passes from hand to hand: only the person holding it speaks.
- Question for the round: “What am I carrying that no one knows?” or “What is difficult for me today?”
- 3 minutes per person. The others just listen.
- Closing: everyone says one word of gratitude.
Collective resonance
Motor and vocal coordination to feel belonging in the body.
- Start by humming the same tone together, 2 minutes.
- Add a rhythm with clapping or feet, everyone at the same time.
- Optional: walk together at the same pace or sing a song that everyone knows.
- Close with 1 minute of silence, feeling the group.
Social Eros
Spaces of affection and non-sexual trust within your group.
- Appreciation round: each person receives 1 minute of concrete acknowledgments from the rest (“I admire how…”).
- The person receiving only says “thank you”, without minimizing.
- If the group wants, close with hugs, always asking first.
Ritual and ceremony
Symbolic frameworks that give meaning to what you experience together.
- Intention: What are we marking? Say it out loud.
- Threshold: a gesture that separates the everyday (lighting a candle, turning off phones).
- Symbolic action: writing, letting go, planting, toasting, sharing food.
- Word: everyone shares what they are taking away.
- Closing: a gesture that returns to the everyday.

Formulas for connection and shared meaning
The written Manual contains five formulas for relationships, teams, and communities. They work the same in a family as they do in a company.
Alchemical empathy: feeling without carrying
The risk of empathy is "contagion": you end up just as distressed as the other person. The formula proposes a simple shield:
Anchor your body
Feet on the floor, long exhale. You are regulated first.
Listen to what they feel and what they need
“I hear you're frustrated; do you need me to listen or to help you solve it?”
Transmute, don't absorb
If you feel their burden entering you, name it internally (“this is theirs”) and exhale. Staying calm is what helps them the most.
Non-cult community: warning signs
Check the ones you recognize in any group you are a part of. More than two is a reason to review.
- There is a leader whose decisions cannot be questioned.
- They ask you for more and more money, time, or exclusivity.
- You feel guilty or singled out when you don't participate.
- They speak ill of "outsiders" or those who leave.
- Secrets and hierarchy matter more than people's well-being.
- You distance yourself from your family or friends for being there.
Prepare a conversation about meaning with your purpose circle.
Choose a question and propose it at your next meal, meeting, or gathering.

Recipe 16: the bridge to everyday life
The most important recipe of the workshop. Without it, everything before is just a good time and nothing more.
State
Something you feel for a while: calm after breathing, energy after dancing. It is volatile.
Trait
Something you are in a stable way: a serene, focused, connected person. It is built with repeated and integrated states.
The bridge to everyday life
Turning peak states into habits and permanent traits.
- Name the state that you generated in one word (calm, clarity, strength…).
- Translate it into a behavior for the next 2 hours. Catharsis → have that pending conversation with assertiveness. Ecstasy → a 90-min block of focused work. Communitas → a call or message that repairs or strengthens a bond.
- Anchor it to an existing habit (“after pouring my coffee, I do 1 min of box breathing”).
- Record it in your Alchemist's Journal (next section).
The metahuman activation curve
Write three implementation intentions.
Format: “If X happens, then I do recipe Y”. It is the most studied way to turn intention into habit.
Diagnosis, daily routine, and Alchemist's Journal
Mastery is not knowing the 16 recipes: it is knowing which one you need today. This is your daily system.
1 · Transpersonal diagnosis
Answer the three filter questions in the Manual. We will tell you which pillar to prioritize today.
2 · Daily Alchemical Integration Routine
Morning Check-in (3 min)
Upon waking, before checking your phone, scan your body in silence and answer the diagnosis: Catharsis, Ecstasy, or Communitas?
State Activation (5–30 min)
Choose the recipe for the pillar that came up. Set up the environment without distractions and execute it rigorously. Note how you feel before and after.
Action Anchoring (2 hours)
Translate the state into concrete behavior within the next two hours (Recipe 16).
Nightly Closing (5 min)
Write in the Alchemist's Journal: what you did, what you noticed in your body, and how coherent you were between what you practiced and how you acted.
3 · Alchemist's Journal

Your first transmutation begins today
You already have the map, the tools, and the recipe book. Now, the only thing missing is the only thing no one can do for you: practice.
01 · Select
Choose ONE tool to master this week. Do not try to cover everything.
02 · Initiate
Apply a recipe at the exact moment you detect friction or stress.
03 · Observe
Record the change. The proof of this modern magic is in your biology, not in blind faith.
Your 21-day plan
Mark each day you complete. It is saved on your device.
- Day 1: 4–8 breathing, 6 cycles upon waking and before sleep.
- Day 2: Absolute Clarity Filter (15 min).
